About Pollinator Project
Pollinator Project was born from the passion and dedication of small-business owner James Dixon. James has always had a green thumb and a deep love for nature. He is passionate about landscaping, rewilding and restoring habitats for indigenous flora and fauna, including vibrant flowering plants that attract essential pollinators.
James’ journey began with a simple nature strip makeover outside his own home, where he replaced the grass with an array of native, flowering plants that burst with colour and life. The transformation received an outpouring of positive comments from neighbours and the local community, inspiring him to take his love for gardening and conservation a step further. And so Pollinator Project was born, with the mission to make people happy, beautify local suburbs and, most importantly, help restore biodiversity and revive pollinator numbers. Today, James and Pollinator Project are transforming dull, grassy strips into thriving ecosystems filled with native flowering plants that support wildlife, enhance community pride and contribute to a sustainable future.
